bt openreach and my new bt phone line

hi everyone, just wondering if anyone works for the above companies and if so if they could give me some details on the free instalation offer i recieved.

bit of info, just moved into a house its a old 1970's phone which does not have a socket, so during online chat sales they gave me this free, which would normally be £130, now will i be contacted about the above or do i contact BT once more?

the guy on chat was not clear and is no offline so was wondering if anyone could enlighten me please

You'll get a few letters with your number (possibly a temporary number too) and an appt date (although this should have been given to you at the time).

With the free install offer you usually have to make a certain amount of calls a month to qualify too

ok chears, the phone is currently on bt atm, i just explained what i needed and they said follow this and we will get intouch so fingers crossed it will work out asi dont wanna be paying £130 lol
