Need some advice please

Well yesterday parked outside my girlfriends house and her neighbor came over and said he had hit my car so went outside and he had put a lovely little dent in the drivers side front pannle thing is I no it wont affect my insutance but I got dome undeclared mods I.e lowered different wheels so was wondering would that affect if I claimed on his insurance ?

This is the risk you run tbh mate with not declaring mods. I think because he hit you you will gtet away with it. However if it was the other way round I think things could get a tad bit messy.
