Ive got a 97/98 saxo with a lambo coversion kit! and iv hit a few problems just wanted to quick advice on ...

Does the Door Hinges Need To Be Grinded Off For A Better Fit?

Ive Only Used Self Tapping Bolts as a guide untill i can get the door to sit closer with The A Pillar!

From what i know you cannot actually buy a good saxo conversion kit can you? you have to buy another kit and modify it so it fits?... I had a good look the other month and dident find one...

I know mate but its worth a go to be honest ! im starting to think the gezza sold me a civic conversion ! i can get the door close to the a piller but when i open and move it up and down the gap gets bigger and bigger !

To be honest mate ive been told civic conversions are best to fit the saxo so hes probally done right by you there, If i was you take it to a bodyshop and get some advice.

If you dont fit it propelly your door will fall of without a doubt and you dont want that now :P

lol ! na i dnt want that!.... but you only get a 40 degree lift on the civic kit ! i dnt wanna be crawling in and out !! .. u know when u think i wish i never bothered !! yer thats me all over ! lol ... would any know if it would make a better fit without the door hinges on ?

The LSD saxo kit is supposed to be the best fit for Saxos
