as the title suggests i had a bit of a problem this weekend with my vtr it seemed to lose all its power in low revs then at about 3500-400rpm it would shoot off like its got a turbo strapped to the side.

i was worried i had killed one of the cylinders but i got the crypton tune guy out this dinner time, and after about 10 mins he said the MAP sensor was fault and it an undisclosed fault.

so i went back to his workshop place and swapped my MAP sensor for a spare he had this cured my power loss. :)

no i had the mystery unknown fault he looked it up and it says that its the top temp sensor so result 2 sensors and i am sorted....or so i thought

the guy plugged the diag tool back in 1 last time to check over it and it came up with another error but the error was an epprom error suggesting the ecu is duff but no it works that my vtr may hae being chipped already by the previous owner

so as you can imagine i am well chuffed and i am goin to get my car checked out at the end of the month to see if it has being chipped :):)
