clenbutral were awesome first time round - i came off them and starte eating like a pig at xmas now they do nothing
T5s just give me energy i lose off them but not as quick as i did with clenbutral

what am i doing wrong or can you suggest anything stronger better - apart form the gym i cant find anyone who'll do it with me and i never seem to find the time.
and im not sure i still own trainers :/

Theres your problem.

Correct me if I am wrong but it doesnt really sound like you know what you are ding and are just taking "pills" for a quick fix.

Im a female. I would do anything to lose weight. I knew what i was doing i wasnt being ridiculous on them.
And i did lose weight i came off them slowly and ate sensibly and tried keeping to exercising but Christmas just has way too much good looking food.
If you have any better ways of losing weight please feel free ....

Whats your diet like? Exercise?

Research each of these drugs youve taken. Your ephs are the best idea for you as they control your hunger too. Clen work better yes but actually make you more hungry and have worse sides.

You also need to know how and when to take them. If T5s do nothing for you then your doing something wrong!

T5s made me quite ill, and i was unable to work on them as id be too shaky.
clens - never made me hungary.
ephs i find don't do anything and have never made me less hungry

My diet is hardly anything but i don't get much time to eat.
my exercise is walking the dogs and walking to the train station
i used to do running before screwing my knee in track

You expect them to make you lose weight and change your nationality? Asking a bit much if you ask me!

On a serious note, why not just live a healthier lifestyle, i.e. do more exercise and watch your diet a bit better? You don't need a gym, but you have very poor reasons for not going to one. You make time, and you go by yourself, simple. If you really want to lose weight, you will. If you are just going to try and use miracle pills, then you'll probably just yo-yo for the rest of your life or until you make a lifestyle change.

eph's for me worked great. lost 1/4 stone in 5 days. I did a stupid thing though and didnt eat was jsut taking protine shakes. Stupid thing to do i know but yeah. Was taking like 5x the amount you where supposed to take.

Around January time i tried just half'ing my meals and having like 3-4 small meals a day and i went from 12 1/2 stone to 11 stone dead jsut by eating right with a little exercise and small meals.
Give it a go :)

Sorry, but you're full of shit. Changing diets WOULD do something. It's a simple equation for weight loss, calories in versus calories burned. If you're burning more than you're taking in, you'll lose weight, and vice versa.

Why would you do a carb diet to lose weight? Makes no sense to me... maybe a carb free diet, but not a carb diet to the best of my knowledge.

The nationality thing was just a joke at you saying HUNGARY. Hungary is a country. Sorry, but if you lived a healthy lifestyle with plenty of exercise and watched what you ate, you'd lose weight, it's really that simple, so you clearly haven't tried everything.

1. exercise more
2. healthier diet

it seems you think that the drugs you've been taking are magic potions.

Have you tried extasy? Most people who take them are skinny. Side effects might include mindless dancing and compulsory disrobing.

It's all ok taking these pills but you have to work for it and i mean work for it.

You're 19 years old, really all you need to do is do regular exercise and diet. Cut the crap and alcohol. You'd be suprised what alcohol does to you.

Try going swimming about 3-4 times a week :y:

Tried Slimming World?

A couple of years ago i went from 10st12 down to 8st10 by doing slimming world and no excercise.

It works best if you pay to go to the classes and stay for the 'chat' after the weigh in.

You should just be happy with who you are firstly, i wouldnt take pills and stuff as they are likley to have negative side effects even if they are not exacly dangerous. When i first started going to the gym I used to have the opposite problem and take weight gainer to bulk up, I then relaised it was more mind over matter, if you burn more callories than you take in you will loose weight.

Dont stress about it tho im sure you look fine!

Have you tried looking in the mirror? Singing hey fatty boom boom, want another cream cake, then slapping some motivation into yourself? Just a thought...

People seem to be getting very judgemental here, I'm sure we've all tried a quick fix of some sort in our lives! But perhaps rather than pills you should look at the likes of weight watchers, my wife is at it and has been losing steady weight for a couple of months now. Or if you woud rather stay away from things like that why not try cutting down, cutting out and eating more healthy? You're meant to eat regularly throughout the day to get your metabolism going, rather than eat three large meals eat six smaller ones. And as for exercise, get doing some cardio. If you can't run because of your knee then can you cycle? Or go swimming etc.

I love how you said some people are getting judgemental, then suggest everything that has already been suggested and been told is no good... Seriously, did you actually read the whole thread?

Made me chuckle too.

Everyones solid advice was brushed to one side. So the piss taking had to commence. Im off to the gym... shoulders + tris, high volume, high intensity, high on caffeine, bring it on hahaha

Aren't you a bit worried about becoming reliant on caffeine? I used to get really bad headaches if I tried to go for a day without coffee/tea or caffeine basically, and I doubt I got as much as you...

Thanks for the comments. Minus the one regarding on seeing me to see if you want to help me and the sex comment.

but I rarely drink just on occasions and the occasional night out when i can.
usually im the one picking the drunks up
i dropped myself nearly a stone in 2 weeks - no pills just eating when my stomach rumbled rather than when family/friends were eating and not picking up something when i was as i call it bored. but that led to smoking more.

ive actually started those toning machines too and Id recommend them to anyone and everyone.
