Okay, I've decided I need to stop being lazy and get this sorted out.
My weight fluctuates a lot, I'm 6 foot 2 and currently weigh in at 15 stone, but this can fluctuate from anything as low as 14 to as high as 15.3, within a few days?
I don't do any training as if I'm honest, I worked in an office for a year and that's how I got up to 15 stone and got lazy, just eating stuff I shouldn't, I was fluctuating at around 11-12 stone before I worked there. Since I quit I've stuck around the 15 mark but constantly going up and down.
What should I be doing at my age (18) to make sure I'm somewhat evenly built and healthy?
I only ever seem to put on weight visibly on my stomach.
I've never done any kind of work out, I used to do a lot of sports but stopped all that when I left school.
