spray tint

a few weeks back i baught a tin of light tinting spray ( red ) to create myself some all read rear lights they look pretty good imo but the cans still 3 quaters full, i was thinking of either using this or black spray to do the rear quater windows is their any reason this wouldent work ? .

it mite look shit from inside car mite as well just get them done properly

i tried this on my bedroom window :P it doesnt work very well at all. even with really thin coat's it goes
funny. it kinda leaves shadows and things. might be possible but not from a spray can i dont htink

I cannot advise against this enough!

When I bought my saxo, the previous owner had tinted the rear windows limo black with spray. Unfortunately, it hadn't been done particularly well and had run in streaks down the windows, making it almost impossible to see out of.

It took me the best part of a day, a plastic scraper and an array of chemical products to undo his "styling".

Save yourself the time and don't do it!

I think I still have photos of it midway through removing the tint on my laptop, let me see if I can find them to deter anybody from ever considering spray tinted windows...

No luck finding them, which is a shame! Should really be more proactive in archiving what I've done to my car. :(
