right ive sent some money to a mate, and its says that he has to upgrade his account to get the money, i no i didnt upgrade mine and i have had money sent 2 me, but that was a while back and ive forgot how to do it,

so could someone let me no how u do it, cheers

you have to pay to recieve money and transfer it to a bank account yes, upgrade might be varification or update contact details or anything need to know what problem your having exactly to tell you

to upgrade they put a small amount of money in your account then you have tell them the two small amounts before they will upgrade yours

ive had to upgrade twice now ,fuck knows why

I'm led to believe he will have to upgrade his account because by doing this, you are then asked to verify your bank details, etc... so the money he receives can be transferred directly into his bank account. The verification process is when PayPal pay two very small amounts into your account within a couple of days and you have to then type those into PayPal for them to verify its your account.

If he needs to upgrade, then that's what he has to do.
