Beginners Machine Polisher (Help please)

Ive been looking at buying a machine polisher first of all though

are the results really that much better than a good microfibre and bit of elbow grease

Ive been looking at the Das 6 seems to be a good one to begin with because i dont fancy shelling out £300+ just yet

can anyone recommend decent pads to go on them?

DAS-6 is only £79.99 from Clean your car, With Meguiars polish and pads kit is only £143

In answer to your question is it more effective than doing it by hand, YES it is.

Das-6 is ideal for people starting out with a Machine polisher, Meguiars pads will be good enough i would have thought.

Polish i would always say Menzerna as i just love the stuff and it gives awesome correction and finishes.

ive got like a litre of AG ultra deep shine that im using at the moment by hand i mainly use AG cos i get it at trade prices so really cheap,

ill look at menzerna and see if i can see a difference
