ad flux (protected ncb but charged for a pending cleim??)

well i have been with flux years now i in year 3 but i just took a new policy out with them and its got from £300 to somewhere around £480 i fort ok well all insureance has gone up.... but i had alittle bump months back well i really do not think i achally touched the other car there was alot of damage to the other car and not even a mark on my mum coupe so i told ad flux all about it and sed please come and inspect both cars as i sure i never touched the other car...

i heard nothing but saw the other car and it been all repaired!!! so i gets my new policy and ohhh it say you have been charged for a pending cleim???
they investergating it....hmmm so what do i pay extra for protected no cleims for>???

There is definetely something going on there mate lol you'll probebly find that the driver had a friend high up in his insurance company or something like that and their taking you for a ride, i would just get on to them and say exactly what you've just said.

just called flux this cleims not gone though its fail lol they getting back to me in the next hour aboutgetting sum moneys back!! winning...!!
