I need some new ideas for chicken meals.

Im abit bored of chicken and rice, korma, sweet and sour. Chicken and cheesy chips, chicken bacon etc, chicken salsa.

Need something new, any ideas?

You haven't mentioned it, but pasta is always good. Fajitas / Enchilada's hit the spot too :y:

Get some fajita seasoning. Cover a breast of chicken. Fry it. Do it with diced potatoes fried in oil with mixed herbs and garlic until it goes crisp and some green veg

I did that loads at uni

Put a fair whack of honey, wholgrain mustard and lemon juice into a bowl, taste to check it tastes good not to bitter or sweet etc.

Once youve got the right mix cut chicken into strips and marinade for a few mins at least.

Into a hot frying pan then add the sauce on top a few mins before its cooked.

Serve with rice and a salad if you wish. But make a dressing of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, bit of lemon and mustard seeds your onto a winner :y:

Just get some nandos medium sauce and some tobasco.

Marinate the chicken with the nandos sauce, then put 3 tbsp of tobasco in and fry.
