quick question:

when you receive the letter to say you've been caught speeding, you send it back, but do you include your birth certificate?

need my birth certificate, cant seem to find it, remember sending it through post somewhere, but cant remember where to  wondering whether i sent it to police.

been so busy lately.

yeah they need it because if you were born in the 80's you are actually allowed to go 10mph faster.

Actually is.. when i was 20, i got stopped for doing 42 in a 30, as the thing was set to 10% allowance, i was allowed to go 33 before i would be fined.. pulled me over, got my lisence.. "oh 88 you were born, well, il let you be on your way mr smith, there will be no further action, thankyou for you time.."

Same has happened to me actually. Also once you get to 20 you are allowed to drive through red lights when you feel its appropriate.

I heard they thought about making it 21, but thought it would be too much hassle trying to stop the 20's from still doing it..
