i listen to heavy metal makes me angry lol

at my gym they never change the channel and its the same songs over and over again and n dubs on tour ha ha i cant stand it lol

my mate got a gym kind off in his out house so i just o there and listen to what ever in cd case

i like chase and status when im working out, majority of there songs have a high bpm

I usually listen to:

Chest and biceps workout : Dubstep
Back : Dr dre/ NWA
Legs : 80's classics
Shoulder's and triceps: variety of the above on shuffle

If i listen to music it would be aveneged sevenfold - sidewinder or a mix of all their album. A7X ftw.

Don't really do the gym, but on the (push) bike i usually listen to metal or dance - but faster/harder stuff like prodigy. DnB is good too - dubstep occasionally but i tend to go into chill mode with that rather than pushing myself.

Slipknot for the ride to work - it's amazing how relaxed i am all day after thrashing my way in to 45 mins of aural abuse!!!!
