View Full Version : Hmmmm, odd...
Well, I've been driving for almost a year now and I'm 18, and I saw a saxo vtr that I liked (mk2) so I went on comparison sites to get quotes, got a quote for the vtr at about £2k, then got a quote for my current 1.1 with the exact same details and information, the quote came out at £5k?!?
How can this be right? ahah
I'm phoning my current insurers Monday to see the quote they give me on the vtr, if it ends up cheaper than my 1.1 I'll be buying the VTR :panic: :P

Statistics
If more people crash 1.1's then they could cost more to insure than a VTR
Just because it's got a higher insurance group and bigger engine does not always mean its going to cost more to insure :)
