Having a problem

You know when they send you a new passowrd to sign in? There not sending me one i keep checking my eamils but nothings come through! What should i do? Has anyone else had this problem?? Cheers.

they dont send you a new one ? when you log in using your old details it takes you straight to the password change option and sorted

i mean when you go to sign in after it says you got to change your password right? so you type in your email adress and date of birth and click confirm? then they send you a diffrent password or something to activate your account.

i didnt have to do that one i just needed to change the password via the psn your account should already be active ?

No, as said, you just have to change your password. You go to sign in and it tells you to change it.
