It makes it all worth it when people go to me,

"This is quite possibly my favorite saxo of all time. I much prefer the phase 1. :) This is the nicest phase 1"

I recently had a "I think I love your car" when I put my foot down and she heard my exhaust. I was pretty happy with that.

my mk1 is better than yours.

Nah thats pretty sweeeeet! Give some more lows!

Lowering isn't really much of an option because if I go any lower the ARB's will rest on the chassis and its too much money to weld strength plates to it.

The TRS tow strap will be gone once the bumper gets resprayed and smoothed :)

Sorry its late and i'm very tired I didn't mean the ARB's

The wishbones will hit the chassis causing a loss of control. Unless you run 350-400lbs springs but even then that will cause the top mounts to dome on the chassis so will require strengthening plates welding on

Is this on any saxo or just yours?

Whats required to lower a saxo then, I just assumed you could lower them like any other car, or are you meaning lower it a massive amount?

I'm talking about any Saxo, in excess of 70mm.

seriously you can go way lower than that before you get wishbone clearance problems.
my cars lowered 75mm on the front and it isnt touching yet :fcuk:
if im totally honest i dont think you can pull them wheels off, without lowering your car more. it just looks odd having a massive arch gap with 13's imo

TheDanBurgess

But seriously once my Saxo stops becoming my daily car I will lower it more, but will do it properly ;')
