brought a saxo vtr in april for £1200 with 59k and mot till july and no tax, i ve had the cambelt changed and a gaitor on the cv joint and then found out need 2 new drivshafts and probs a new power steering pump (keep having to hit with hammer lol)
should i keep it or sell it and buy another vtr or something else which is cheapish on insurance and quickish

Keep it. At least then you know they won't need changing any time soon once fixed.

Buy a tow strap.

At least you will have a use for it and not just look like a fanny driving about with it on.

You know its ready to break,so you'll be prepared.

You obviously 'brought' your Saxo expectant of trouble free motoring, oh how disillusioned you were.

Basically put up and shut up, as said once you've fixed it atleast you know it'll be ok.........for a few months.
