3. Wayyy more modded cars on the road.
4. Sheep really are fucking everywhere.
5. Hills are scary steep.

In my experience it's mainly people in North Wales that hate the English. My father is from South Wales and eveyone I've met there is really nice, in North Wales if they hear you talking English with an English accent they start talking in Welsh. I'd love to be able to speak Welsh it's a great sounding language.

Yeh 40 miles to swansea is standard! and the closest mac donalds is also 25 miles away in cross hand! expensive big mac in my rallye.

Nah the south hate english aswell i find, my dad hates half of me :P. They call the english "sisce" and if you play sport for england your Thee Enemy!
My great grand father is now 97 lives on his own still in the middle of knowhere again and whenever he sees me he will only speak welsh he says "if i speak at them enough they'll understand" as you can imagine our relationship lacks... anything. He has a nice pet cat though that had kittens :)

Yeah its mainly North Wales and the Valleys in South Wales that hate the English more, and they are usually the ones that speak Welsh most often, and probably see the English as trying to kill off the Welsh language :homme:

When I was doing a couple of gigs with my mates band, we had to cross the Severn to get to Swansea. When we pulled up to the toll booth, we said to the guy "there you go robin hood. Can we get a kiss as well considering the price?" as it was £11.50 (pisstake) for the van and handed it to him in the exact change. The guy sat stony faced, fucked about a bit, then handed us back some cash and said "theres your change, Ive put you through as a car seeing as you arent English".
Welsh people ftw.

I really don't understand this hate when english go to ireland, scotland or wales. I dont know any english people who hate the irish, scottish or welsh, just seems petty, with no real reason for the hate. (Probably read the sun... or what ever the equivalent is...)

57 miles for me to get near a decent load of shops.
Funniest thing is speaking welsh infront of an english person then just drop their name in the middle of the conversation

Football commentators and Thatcher era government probably to blame for 90% of it.

I went to watch Wales vs Sweden, the same day England were playing someone shit.
England went a goal down and all the welsh twats we're cheering and giving it all that, it was pathetic frankly pissed me off a great deal.
Anyway Wales lost 1-0 to an Elmander goal and England won 3-1 LOL.

Im welsh as fuck as you all know, and don't hate english people at all. What I do hate is narrow minded cunts who talk about Wales being a small town in England, or Wales is all farms and sheep. Wales is actually pretty big if you bothered to look at a map. And it's not all like rural camarthenshire.
The welsh have some truely great roads, not jealous much. :(
