Hello all,
I'm currently training for the army .
I usual go running for around 2 hours each day .
What kind if diet would be best for thus amount if cardio i also do a little weight training but I'm not realy lookin to bulk up.
Current diet .
Breakfast
Shredded weat / chopped banana
Lunch
Rice and chicken and a couple if carrots
Dinner
Any red meat and baby potatoes and green beans
Supper
Peanut butter on grannery bread

Any input or advice would be great thanks boony.
