Okay so I owned a Saxon vtr and sold it to a friend who nicely wrote it off.... Cheers sam, :P but since I have been missing it like a hole in the head, I have finally pursued my dad to let me get a vts, but it'd have to live in my garage, but I need to know the overall length and width of a saxo, I know you should be able to find it on the internet but seeing as a Parkers pages I visited reconned it was over 3ms long i don't trust it.and tryst the sax p lot more :D please and thank you, also my old vtr... :,( lol was completely standard absoloutly standard bought from a old woman who owned it from brand new, and it don't 0-60 in 7.8 seconds and I got her to 137mph with 2k revs left to go,(I got scared lol) both times I had one medium to large passenger, tht isn't normal is it? Oh and sorry the reason I need measurements is to fit racking around the car in the garage, thank you all.

a little bit of proof that a saxo vtr will will not do that speed standard

That is running incredibly slow for a saxo, did you have you're fogs on?

as stated he had one medium to large passenger in the car, so that's more than likely why

Epic, I'm still unsure what to make of this, Your saying 0-60, 7.8? So your completely standard vtr could keep with a clio 172 or even a vts? I don't believe it, I used to have a vtr and to tell you the truth i have no idea of what speed it could do, why? Because i couldn't care less. I will never EVER use 137 mph and i think i took it to 100 down the motorway at like 6 in the morning going to work and thats it. But honestly, use a tape measure? Stop relying on technology like the internet OR, i could turn round and say "ye mate its 2.45m" do you believe me?

Sounds to me like he had one of the speshel edition vtr models, they had like 150 brake standard and were slightly lighter than all other saxos.

Is it possible that the previous owner (old lady) had the car boared chipped and remapped... straight through decat exhaust, forced air induction and a 4-2-1 manifold? no? then STFU and GTFO
Maybe it wasn't a saxo?
