Can anyone suggest a good car I can buy when i turn 19 and get 1 year ncb?

Kinda bored of driving my 1.1. Anything 1.4 litre and above preferably

Also, anything other than a vtr or furio. As much as id love one, the insurance is a bloody joke

First off, avoid cars which are popular with young drivers - Most Saxos and 106's and Corsas

At 19 with 1 years NCB you should be able to get a 1.4 for reasonable insurance but it's gonna be something like a Polo for example

Bite the bullet and go uncool. I roll in a 1.5 106 diesel. 60+mpg everywhere, getting 70mpg on a very chilled run. Car cost £400 to buy, tax is £60, get 500+ miles to a tank. Sorted :)
