Well ive given it 3 weeks to resolve a problem that was fairly important but hes ignored me.

Bought a vtr ecu unlocked for £40 but put £2 on for extra postage 1st class.
the item was suposedly sent out but nothing arrived for 2 weeks.
He then kindly said il send out a 2nd 1 with keys etc also never arrived.
Asked for a refund as had to buy another one because his never arrived, ignored me.
opened up a ebay case
he said close it and il refund you a week ago
its been a week no refund very poor contact and a completely useless item for me now.

reopening ebay case so my money should be fine just warning people HIGHLY HIGHLY AVOID

I bought goods from him about a month ago now, He described the goods honestly, Sent them straight away and i received them 3 days later. He was very friendly and co-operative.

I know this doesn't solve anything but i feel its a bit unfair on him if i dont back him up. Not that im saying he hasn't done wrong

Rules are fine. Most people don't read them to cover themselves properly, It's up to them to protect themselves and mostly they don't.

We do ban people already, but what use is banning a member when there's 10 people owed money by them for instance and then no way of contacting the seller???

And we can't have a rule on sending times as believe it or not some people have lives/jobs which does mean it's not always possible to send items the next day, and often I see people clearly stating this.

Premium members get early access as they give information which can be handed to the police if people go that route.

However most don't do this, they pay via paypal gift, then whinge that it's the forums fault and expect staff to some how telepathically get them their money back.

There is No way which this forum can 100% protect people which is why we have a set of guidelines telling people how best THEY can protect themselves.

mc waffle- ecu was sent to you after 3 attempts it was finally signed for. which you still have i did advise if you return the item i will give you a full refund. due to you not wanting to return the item i can not refund you

i havent been online in quite a while but let me say my part.

The first time EZBZ sent the package it was being delivered to the WRONG address, I dont know whos fault but i sent my correct address. Obviously I therefore couldnt get it.

Also, i told EZBZ to send via a differend courier, he agreed. He in fact did NOT send it with a different courier but sent it with the same one. I got in contact with Parcel2Go and requested that the parcel be kept at the depot for me to collect. Why they had bothered to deliver i dont know as i requested them not to. When I went to collect the parcel I was told it did not exist.

Further to this, EZBZ couldnt give a f*ck about it and ignored me entirely. I asked him countless times about a refund and never heard back. Only because he has had his selling priviliges taken away has he bothered to get in contact.

Lastly, he said he has refunded me. I have just checked my paypal account and searched past dates and I have received NO refund.

I have all pm's saved and can back up everything.

I had an item not turn up. Instead of making a thread i PM'ed EZBZ and said id give him the benefit of the doubt. He messaged me back with his own mobile number and i rang him. He was very apologetic and re sent the package the day after. It came two days later.

EZBZ you may have put the correct address but it wasnt being sent there. The first time the parcel was being sent, it was being sent to flat 1A and i live in flat 1E. I spoke to parcel 2 go myself when I got worried because I hadnt heard of any delivery and they said to me that it was being delivered to the wrong address. Hence why i couldnt get the package.

don't know who person was....but I had a gearbox from you that was supposed to be on 80k wasn't supposed to have and of the usual crunches whines etc, also had a pair of driveshaft's + a drivers side suspension strut.

-The gearbox whined louder than my other box crunched in nearly every gear, and wasn't even clean was full of dirt all over the casing mean I clean stuff before sending it someone.

-Next the driveshafts where rusted to hell also the bearing in drivers one had gone.

-Lastly the suspension strut looked like had been left outside in the rain for a year was all rusty wheel bearing had gone oh and it was for a mark 2 where as I stated 3 times that I needed a mark 1 strut.

Cost me like 150 and only thing could use was the strut stripped it all down and pressed an new bearing in myself, binned the shafts but still got the box so yeah thanks alot :y:

Dont rise to it. You've posted proof of the refund, that appears to be 2months ago...so then thread is done. You should have just posted the proof as soon as it was completed though, would have been alot better for yourself, and others on the forum. In the last few pages you have probably put a lot of people off buying from you, who could all have been potential customers for you. All for the sake of a few seconds to upload a picture.

sorrry but i m realy anoid that these two buyer of off the thousands of people we sell to world wide cause so much greif through there own wrong doing i notice there name apear on here time and time again i think if any one should be banned from the site should be them 2 look at all the scmaing ads it involves them to if i make a mistaake hand up and ill put it right all iterm are tried and tested before dispatch them photo graphed before packing again for courier purposes then post recorded or tracked on 24 to 48 delivery service them the buyer has to sign for the iterm and check to comfirm its in the same condition as they purchased it in if for any reason they wish to rerun all they to do is say so package it up as it was and send it back in the same manor and ill refund less postage cost all iuterm are mark in one way or another so we know which iterm are our and which arent i wont all our customer to buy with confidence

ezbz - paypal will obviously show you have made a refund. I would expect you to be able to email your customer proof or at least give him the reference number so he can check with Paypal himself?
