Bought some parts from him on the 2nd and he promised me tracking info asap (all pm's are available for admins to read)

Since then not heard a word and tried pm'ing tonight asking for info while he was online making more posts (21.37) was the last i think.

Have now been approached by another saxp member who also feels he may have been ripped off by him as well.

Admins please look into this i am sure it might be a genuine mistake but am starting to get a bit worried about my £50 so have also filed a Paypal dispute and tisandy i would just like a refund now

Also include your user name with the date

This will proove theyve been sent, also some tracking number dont activate properly

And guys it has only been 2 days, i know you dont wana be fucked off but i think til wednesday is fair then ask for refunds, if the items are in transit then youll have the item and the monies so hell be done in the bum

This is true mate, but when i seen the exact picture of the lights i thought i was getting for a vectra i started to worry, you could say im dumb for not realising but they look similar but from a different angle, and then when i seen that two people paid for that manifold i got even more concerned, will just have to wait and see,

From quite a narrow and uninformed background, seeing as i've never personally bought any items from Tisandy i can't really go against him as a seller or say anything about his delivery/payment operations or even back him up, but this case does sound a little bit strange.

It could just be plain mis-communication or lack of with so many threads, members and items involved and everyone wanting their information now like you would, and kind of should expect if your spending any real monies like you all have!

Been discussed in the last few pages but yes, wait a couple days and see what happens then you can go down the refund, dispute path etc. How many days did tisandy say for delivery if he mentioned this? And, were any of you peeps given any real information or re-assurances over PM's, convo's etc.???

Just claim your money back, the blokes a scammer, nothing new on here, just look how many scammers there have been before.. Open a Paypal dispute if you paid Via Goods, if you paid Via Gifts payment, then learn from your mistakes.

unfortunatly i have had many problems guys dont all jump on his back! he couldve sent the parcel and the item got lost! if it was via parcel2go highely likely! ive lost loads of items through courier faults! i suggest taking the problem to a phone call to talk? i understand you want a tracking number thats fair enough but often people like the royal mail dont even give them out just have a chat politily instead of screaming about it?

pivate sellers are not bound by the data prtection act ;) so theres v little can be done, he gave the info freely to whoever sold to him and so can do jack

If he has withdrawn the money from his account Paypal will refund you and put his account into negative, so he owes them the money

If he doesn't pay them, they get the debt collectors in big style

If theres a fuss he will be black listed through the Banks

If theres any complications, then one of you 25 people needs to get information from the 24 others, info about the item, how much they paid etc, printouts of messages from him etc etc...and pass all the information on to the police

Hi there sorry to bother you but you have a son called Andy Davison who is into cars, has 2 Citroen Saxos?

He has sold car parts to 25 people on a car site, and hasn't sent them out..

One of the parts he actually sold to 3 different people, they all unknowingly paid for the parts without knowing someone else was paying for them too

He keeps making excuses about tracking numbers, whilst ignoring requests to issue refunds via Paypal

We have found so much information about him within just one hour, including phone number, address etc...even personal family information, and if the problem isn't sorted, all this information will be passed on to the police to deal with

It would be in his best interests if you could speak to him about sorting this out to avoid any more hassle and before things get taken further, as if people get their money back they will leave it at that.

And I bought the bmc at a different time so havnt had a estimated delivery time off him.

Wake up and smell the fucking coffee...you are not gonna recieve your items!! Someone else bought your induction kit, and look someone else has bought your manifold aswell!!

Get on Paypal right now, file a claim, explain to them what happened, and copy and paste some quotes from this thread from people who are saying they have bought something that has been sold to someone else too

Has everyone contacted Paypal? If not, do it!! They will freeze his account, and investigate all his recent activity
