Small Blister's

Hey, in an area around my petrol cap, there are a few little blisters in the paint, and small rust pockets are appearing.

Whats the best thing to do to prevent the rust and remove the blisters in this area?

As in what, just let it rot away? No treatment you can put on it?

not posative but a dont think so,i might be wrong tho mate,could ask a body shop?

only way to get rid of rust is exactly that - lift the paint, grind away the rust and start again.

Damn, i thought there was something you can put on to prevent the rust from coming out if you catch it early enough...
