View Full Version : low subframes
Looking to rid the sliders and get some low subframes.
When on track my helmet sits a couple mm below the sunroof.
Don't really have time to weld some bars in as I ideally need something within a couple weeks. Have PM'd PaulR on rally reg but no idea if he still does them.
I've got the ghost development ones Paul does from RallyeReg. They're awesome! I bought one of mine brand new around 2 years ago and another a few months ago second hand from Dan (rallyereg). Keep a look out on all the forums as they pop up a fair bit.

Not too hard to make your own subframe to suit sidemounts, then obviously you have the ability to adjust the height on the sidemounts.

Can you drill holes lower down on the sidemounts?
I did that and the seat sits at a decent height in conjunction with fabbed up bolt in rails.
