Windscreen not sitting right

i think my windscreen is leaking and i have puddles of water in my passenger foot well everytime it rains. :'(
its not sitting right as ive compared it with other saxos.

help please, someone?

ive resealed it with silicon temporarily. but need a new windscreen any way. whos the cheapest?

yeah ive ordered some, but the windscreen just doesnt look right being about 3mm above the roof.
