Bungee or Bracket?

My exhaust rattles at a certain rev level and does it sometimes on idle when at traffic lights. I was told it may need a bungee? i know its not the heat shield because it doesn't sound like that.

A bungee!!!get underneath & check its not touching anything mate,more than likely it just needs repositioning that`s all.
