You could try but most won't budge as they claim to give a discount on online prices which you lose when you phone up aparantly

On my first year I did millions of quotes went with aviva in the end two or three days later Adrian flux rang me offering to beat my quote with aviva by 300 quid so they will budge

try ringing toward the end of the month.. like the 24th-28th before they get paid and they havnt hit targets?? worked for me b4 :)
