Do you have the wiring diagram & the Haynes manual(wiring diagrams)? If you have then shouldn`t be to much of a problem.

i do have the installation diagram and user manual on pdf, have looked through it and it looks way too complicated lol (not one for wiring), there is no proper diagrams in the installation manual showing what wire goes were etc, just says x wires goes to x location but doesnt say what colour said wire should be or were it is located lol

If your not confident mate then leave it to a proffessional installer, you could do more harm than good.

I was in the same position as you bud. To be honest your better off just getting a brand new alarm, reason being. Wires can be cut left right and centre! Most of the time they will have no tags on them. Things like all the ignition wiring can be a pain as sometimes they used to be all one colour so couldn't tell which wire did what around that area. Clifford alarms like to play up from time to time also so many installers definitely wont want to fit one second hand as it could be a bit of a pain in the ass. Also iirc i think Clifford have now been done away with so if any problems did occur in the future spares might become harder to get, although im sure parts are interchangeable with their sister companies items since they look near enough the same items. Can get a brand new alarm fitted for that £250 price or less and it will be thatcham1
Give 'MrToad' on here a PM he can sort you out.
EDIT: I do believe though if it was professionally taken out by certain companies they will refit it.....

depending on what you want from the clifford,it can be fairly easy
If you want, remote locking & alarming
then it can be easy.
behind the dash there will be a plug(white un white )
which the wiring comes from dash somehwere then goes into door.
find the correct wires that go to door lock drivers(multimeter)
and splice into that.
alarm is easy enough earth power and main box.
if you have centeral locking(which you should) it will be linked to the passengers and boot anyway so you will only have to cut into 2 wires for the fob locking.
haynes manual should tell you which wires need cutting/splicing.
