Basically, im not bothered about the most amazing hi tech sound system.
Just want something better than the standard with a sub.

Basically...

Ive got a pioneer head unit which says 50w x 4

Going to pick up this sub (http://www.caraudioplus.co.uk/Zero_ZSE12A_Active_Subwoofer)

Got these 6x9s (http://uk.shopping.com/Alpine-SP-S6929S/info)

I understand people will say 1 thing isn't worth getting / isn't very good etc..
Just want to know what size amp to get? Or a recommendation?

Thankyouuuuuu

Sell the 6x9s on ebay.

buy these comps:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/JBL-GT5-500c-13cm-5-25-5-Car-Door-Component-Speakers-/330580923397?pt=UK_Audio_TV_Electronics_In_Car_Ent ertainment_GPS_Car_Speakers_PP&hash=item4cf8289405

amp / sub package

http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/13724.html

works out cheaper as an amp alone to power that sub will be £40 - £60
comes with wires too which saves £15
1000x higher quality products.

you'll have a pretty decent and quality sounding system for little over £150. and can make some £ back by selling the 6x9s. win win

I get what you're saying there mate, but what amp would i need for what i listed there?

Since im being given the sub and the 6x9s were dirt cheap from a mate ages ago..
I will only be paying for the amp and wires, haven't got much to spend aha.

Will upgrade it in the future though :y:

the link to the sub shows that its an Active Subwoofer
does the sub have the box with it?

if so you dont need an amp for it.

buy a jbl 75.2 amp

if the sub isnt active
get a jbl 75.4 amp
