basicly, i was meshing my grill last night, and i cut out all the slats from the back pannel, and infact left nothing but the outside of it thinking i was doing it correctly, only to relise i should of left some platforms on which the mesh would sit.

so instead i've tried to fold the mesh over the front back side of the grill, and now the back peice wont fit on,

could i just tigseat it in place, or should i rip the silicon off holding the folded mesh over, and start again and try to fix it into the bitter of the back frame some how?

cheers!

nevermind, i ripped the mesh over, and got a new bit, cut it so that it sits inside the back peice, just spraying it all now and then i may well upload a photo for thoughts on it?

When i did mine, you need to be careful you avoid the holes where the screws go :homme:

But i used a coping saw, took about 20 mins, to put it on, just used some apoxy resin, put something heavy and taped it with electrical tape, then resanded, and sprayed
