Depends how dark and make you rip em off or a fine

i have took them off, just wanted to know what would have happened if i didnt and got caught, i bought the car with the tint on so i dont know how dark they were

As above, i think they would have just made you take it down, possibly fine you and give you a talking to.. Im not sure if they do anything on paper :y:

Depends who catches you. They will ask you to pull them off and fine you, I expect if your caught at night it will be 3 points aswell so its not worth the risk

I had a focus that came with tints and got pulled they just asked me to rip them off and no further action would be taken

i got stopped by the police and they checked my windows..

passenger- 12%
Driver- 17%
but the windows were dusty so that affected results..
i got a £30 fine and asked what would happen if i got caught again, they said £30 fine again and again (no points)
