top tip when you mesh your grill: use mesh from a disposable bbq, 10 times cheaper ;)
just coat it in hammerite or something lol :homme:

Only need one BBq- £2.50, do it in two halves, you can glue it easier, and the bonnet catch is important :p

I did mine in an hour, hasnt rattled etc :fcuk:

If anyone on here is good at making them and can do for cheap they should make and sell them as most people would rather not try and make them as they are so fiddly!

I thought the hardest bit was spraying them tbh, Took not much longer then an hour, I'll get a pic of mine up :)

Why glue the grill? Silicone works best, erases vibration to 100%. Done it to my grill and bumper, works perfect. No need for cutting to fit, must be squared with enough space to stick silicone to it. Done within minutes ;)

Apoxy Resin, is king.

Had mine on for about 500 miles, and hasnt even wobbled. And no cutting to fit? you need to cut the hole for the bonnet catch anyway, it will look untidy with mesh sticking out from the edges ;)

Maybe on a MK2 grill, on the MK1 one you have to look inside to get offended, but who does that at all ;)

Ahh, this is probably why you wouldnt have to bother that much, mines like a smiley face :D
