£30 a month, next generation gyms are quality, but £60 a month is way too much for me.

£60 a month? thats a hell of alot, i pay £28 a month for my gym and i am verry happy with it. its mostly old school big fuk off free weights but they have alot of machines aswell but i dont like using machines that much i like to feel the weight and think its works as i got a mate who goes to one of them new style gyms and he can bench 110kg on a smith machine bench but when he tryed it on the free bar he couldnt even do 70kg coz he couldnt balance it. also the gym i am at have had a number of sucessfull body builders including tony montalbano who in 2003 came 1st in B.N.B.F and A.N.B comp and followed on to be the Championships 1st & best presentation & Overall winner, i have also had the privalige of training with Vincent Mwayi a fast up comming champ. any way to sumarise i think its not how much you pay for a gym its what its got to offer that counts

Well i go every day.. purely cuz they open before my work, So i get a shower and a dip in pool before i go work, Then most lunchtimes i go for a swim sit in jacuzzi, steam room and sauna then the bar :P

Use pretty much all the cardio and most of the weights section, tennis courts and the football

Value for money to be honest, Its the little things.. like the soap and shampoo in every cubicle, the shorts dryers, the deodrant machines.. little things like that keep me happy :P

Yep £60 month jobbie here for me - Cannons Health & Fitness Spa
Might seem pricey to some but if you lack motivation, the fact your spending £15 a week to get access means you HAVE to go to make it worth the expense! hehe
