Anyone go out on the piss/clubbin that often? I went out weekend just gone for cousins 21s in swindon! Was mint! Anyone been out in swindon before?? I dont often go out only on birthdays really.

I rarely go out 'on the piss'. in fact, i never do... lol

prefer to go out to events. I'll go for the music so never feel the need to 'get smashed init'. it means i don't have to suffer a ridiculous hangover, i don't have to go to clubs infested with chavs, or listen to shit music. pefect :D

Went to Cargo in london last saturday, was the best sound system i've heard since the End shut down. awesome music all night.

same story at uni really. rarely go out to a student night, but luckily theres decent events on most days of the week so get a decent selection of DJ's playing.

Either that or i'll be at someones house / a local bar chilling there.

I used to go out every weekend from Friday afternoon til about 10pm Sunday night non stop, without fail

Now i don't go out at all, drink like once every 6 weeks and it's just at my house or a mates house, thats it

Swindon is a good night out, its my local town.

The old town night out is better, suju is better than liquid by miles, is also open til 6am. But even that is a bit hit and miss.

I Go out all over the country all the time, not always prime nights but always city centres and most are similar, bars are like tesco now, same in every town.

I watch my brother djing a air bit in swindon its a good laugh.

Got to agree here.

I love going to see DJs I enjoy, and have been pretty sober / got lost from everyone and just chilled on the dancefloor by myself for a bit. The music is what makes that type of night for me, not the drink etc.

However when out in Bedford, Id rather just sit in a bar and socialise with a few pints! Failing that, ive always said we have just a good a night just staying in and having a BBQ and a few people round. On these type of occasions i prefer to socialise and have a good laugh regardless of where we are.

And lol ry, got it in one... As I say, people's minds would get blown of they went to a club out of the norm. I love random clubs like the end, cargo, lightbox etc in London, all in really random places / random buildings. Not particularly nice with fancy chairs etc inside. Just a good sound system, good DJs and people that are there because they want to dance all night instead of 'looking cool' by standing around all night trying to look hard.

Two clubs, Elevens & Karma, Karma has an alcohol ban on at the moment because they cause so much trouble for the police & don't co-operate, Might be allright for out of town folk but having lived there the majority of my life... it's such a boring classic retirement town.

Ive been out in chippenham twice ever, had a good crack, there is a lot to be said for a place with a small number of venues, normally makes for a more interesting night as everyone is closer nit.

I was working in chippenham recently, one of the more local jobs, on the high street, a sweet shop.
