Saxo vtr making ticking noise from Intake bit and loss of power

Saxo vtr making ticking noise from Intake bit and loss of power Been to 4 different garages and they all gave me different sugestions on what it could be

I have already adjusted the tappets so its not them but if some1 know/has happend to them pls help me.

The car will only rev to 5k rpm

I don't think the noise is related mate, that sounds like the injectors, a lot of saxos have noisey injectors, i think the revving to 5k may be something else?

What do you think it could be? i dont have a clue

Really not too sure mate, unless your injectors are blocked? Could also be cat fucked or something, didn't people reply in your other thread?

We had a ticking sound coming from the inlet of the gf's old saxo.

Was a loose spark plug.

Hi its not the plugs i had taken them all out and put them all back in so it cant be that i think its the intake box thing

A guy on here had a similar problem the other day think his username is jiggs something? Timing was out I believe
