Lettering only works on big cars what are meant to be noticed in my opinion, There very noticeable so.. its a personal choice.

...and goodbye MOT certificate.
Lettering they will allow. Suntrips they wont. Well, the majority go by that anyway.
I do like them (if they were legal), but like with everything, so many people have them and have made them look cheap and tacky thus giving that same impression if anybody else has one on their car.

thats not always the case, as i used to have a punto GT and hade a puntopower.com sticker across the top of my windscreen and if the wiper touches the lettering when ur wiper is on then its a fail as far as MOT goes!

I said the majority... not all.
I took my car to Citroen for its MOT and it passed with the FSC windscreen sticker. Citroen of ALL places would be the place to fail a car because of something like that.
Lettering is considered "better" as to a sunstrip because it isn't completely blocking out the vision.

its a standard citroen one from new i think!!
i say this because its on the inside of the windscreen with the mirror stuck to the sunscip.
its a see though one and passes mot every year!!!
i do like them but for sum reason i like mine so it stays and car would not look the same without it i do not think!!!

i have one, my last 2 cars have had them, due to my seating positions the sun visors are next to useless. now with the cage i cant have em at all, mines white cos the cars white, any other colour car i'd only have black, also had no mot problems with them even tho one was rather low cos theseats were 2 inch off the floor. any clever mot man would realise it was for safety
I only like the saxperience ones especially ones like G's!

I think the windscreen looks too big without them. Got a Posi Blue with 6" Black Visor. No text though as I think plastering it with brands is gay. Even worse are those that put the car name on there! sheesh they gonna forget it or somehting? so they need a reminder.

A bit similar to my girlfriends one then. I think hers is on the outside but the people who did her tints also did the sunstrip. They used the same film so you can see straight through it from the inside.
