hey everyone,,
i wanna get my ipod set up in my car. want to have it in some sort of dock / cradle thing to keep it charged.. just wondering what everyone on here has done with there ipods.
post up some pics so we can all see.... and let us know what products are good / bad e.t.c!

i have an alpine headunit with the ipod interface and it charges it too.
Soz dont have any pics thou.

i have the same the alpine ipod charges it
im in the middle of making an ipod holder for it but havent had time to finish it

Does that alpine ipod interface connect ur ipod to your headunit so you can play all ur music through ur headunit if so how much was it?

i had to buy an alpine headunit to and was just over £300 but for the interface its self i think there about £40ish

Brodit make custom car brackets and pda, phone, ipod holders.
done my mates apline with ipod, the connection cost £60 alpine.
then built fibre glass docking station for ipod

go to www.incargear.com .. they supply every brodit peice! If its not on the website give them a call, they will tell you exacly what you need matey.

Sits nicely in little slot i cut out, wire is underneath easy to pull out to change song or whatever and fits nicely back in, doesnt move or fall out when i go round corners either, and fitted my bass control in aswell.
