F****g girlfriends niece got a new phone messed about with settings and now put a passcode lock on with no idea what the passcode is!
been on the web it says hard reset this Is no problem as the phone is new so not bothered about losing data as none on it yet!
problem is on the web it says hold off and volume button, this does not work, niether do I get an option to reset on the menu after being locked out after 5 failed attempts.
it's only a day old so anyone now how to master reset?

plug it into the computer? wont their be something like itunes, where you can restore the phone from there?

I'm guessing so as it mentions the volume/power but did you try removing the battery first etc?

I found it today !!
take battery out then hold volume down press on button use volume down to select option to reset
