Sax Loss of Power and Yellow Key Flashing! Help!

I have had my saxo for about a year and recently it has been losing power then cutting out with the yellow key flashing and not starting atall, i could be using it for about 2 weeks and then all of a sudden it happens just cuts out with the yellow light flashing, please if anyone has any idea please help me out:y:

i did disconnect the battery and that seemed to work

but it happened a week later :(
