Did this:

I thought that that it only took the lacquer off, so i touch it up with this:

Needless to say, it didn't do a thing and has quite clearly gone through the paint, onto the plastic.
Lesson to be learn't really. The bumper will need re-spraying.

Unlucky. A bad workman doesn't blame his tools though ;)
Learn from your mistakes like you said, don't blast it directly/too near to the paintwork next time :y:

This is why i always recommend the less powerful version.
Car cleaning doesnt need high pressure.

Can i ask, why would you need to use high pressure on a bumper? pmsl...

I wanted it to clean the Patio too (Which has come up like new, the Tornado attachment is amazing)

There was a bug on there. I tried to remove it with my wash mit last time i washed my car, but it was stuck right on.
I tried and tried to remove it so gave it a blast. A blast into the past :wall:
I'm not going to bodge and spray it my self, may as well get it fully re-sprayed and perhaps de-slatted. We'll see. :panic:

Yeap.....c110 is plenty powerful enough......you dont even need to use the high pressure nozzle. And tbh i use mine for other jobs around the house like cleaning the patio etc etc....with the high pressure nozzle its got plenty of power.
