As some of ye may know for a couple of weeks ive been trying to lower the rear of my vtr, with nay success. I know if I take it to a garage itll get done, but I cant afford that.

I've been following this guide http://www.suzukituning.com/PSA/Suspension/Lowering.htm

This guide says that the torsion bar is the one behind the torx screw, youll see in the pic below of mine where theres some extraction tool stuck into it.

However...after checking this guide....
http://www.badgermotorsport.co.uk/lowering.htm

They dont touch that particular bar.

Which one is actually the torsion bar on my axel guys?

torsion bar is the one with the piece of new looking steel plate screwed onto it in the first pic, second pic the anti roll bar end plate is covering the end of the other torsion bar
