Are you towel drying the car quickly enough before the water dries?

Also, are you polishing the paint before applying black hole? If not you should be, and that would remove any water marks left over

Going over the car with a caybar wouldn't go a miss bud, have a read upon the sticky's on here of your unsure.

Looks like your applying too much of it imo, (judging from pics)

Maybe it is just water marks that your only really seeing after applying the glaze....

Do you live in a hard water area?

Do you use a water filter?

Do you use a good drying towel?

Do you use a drying aid (QD spray)?

Looks like the applicator pad / cloth is damp. It looks similar to when you clean windows with a damp microfibre and the light shines in to reveal that sort of pattern.

are you applying a polish before applying Black Hole? Kinda looks like water marks that are not seen until applying the BH and then they are enhanced.

also, try using a QD and microfibre cloth, see if that removes it

I like Chem guys wet mirror finish polish. its a good all rounder, though not a massive amount of filler properties. try Autogylm SRP for that, got really good filler results on a DW thread.
