Alrite you bunch of Wanksteins
Me and the Better Half want to go away over the winter / start of Spring, either Novermber or April.
Since I haven't been abroad since I was 16 cause Im a workoholic, and he only ever goes to see his pals in LA - we're hopeless when it comes to European Holiday Ideas. And we can't really ask our mates as they consist of a farmer that wouldn't know a holiday if sun and sand kicked him in the ballsac, retards, other workoholics, and general clueless cunts.
So I'm asking if anyone knows anywhere that will be good for these times of year? I want it to be as hot as possible (I'm a total sun worshipper) with decent night life for that time of year - not talking mad partying but some nice bars etc. Relatively cheap, with decent stuff to do.
Want quite nice accomodation, also with nice food as I love food <3
Basically, wheres the best place to go for sun, sand, and shagging during winter.
We were thinking Lanzarote?

Marbella's supposed to be nice anytime of the year :y:
Nice sandy beaches some absolutely amazing restaurants where you can see over the beach!
Amazing nightlife in the summer however it's winding down time in November/April but that doesn't mean all the clubs are shut :)
Marbella is famous world-wide for its buzzing night life and classy watering holes. This exclusive holiday resort has no shortage of super cool bars, fine restaurants and legendary night clubs that attract visitors and celebrities from all over.
EDIT: Here's a pic of what the surroundings around the beach look like -

In that case, the only places in Europe that are that hot in November -
Antalya (Turkey)
Las Palmas (Canaries)
And some places in Greece, (Athens and Crete maybe)
April -
Portugal & Crete (Although not as warm as Las Palmas and Antalya would be in November)

if you go into a travel agent they'll be the best to recommend the best temps etc, then just book online. although last summer i found it cheaper to book ibiza through the travel agent than online

Like the person above said - if you go into travel agents they can give you brochures etc and most of the time they have the average temperature of the place in each month :)
That way you don't go somewhere and get shite weather when you want somewhere hot hot hot :D

I love Kefalonia. Its a greek island. The flight prices have dropped immensley.(sp). Phenomenal food at a reasonable price. Theres lots of bars and depending on where you go there are some decent night clubs. Good beaches. We always stay in argostoli because its less touristy. About a mile away though is lassi which is very touristy. There are plenty of other places you can stay obviously. Still hot at this time of year and the people are lovely. Drinks can be a little expensive though. The prices may have droppes though in the last couple of years.

My Ma and Pa own a 3 story house and the bottom part has been converted to an apartment,
It's located in Oliva,Valencia Spain.
It's a very nice little town,
Perfect for relaxing as the beach is only a mile down the road,
Very hot even in winter, good nightlife down the beach, beach parties and bars.
Also a few bars in the town, if you get bored Benidorm only is 45minutes away which has a good nightlife,
Cheap holiday yet very satisfing,

I was in the sea on my birthday last year (27.12.10).
And still came back to England with a wicked tan without trying.
So hush down dyke ;)

At night you had to pretty much go out in hardly anything 'cause it was still about 30 odd degrees, nightlife was awesome though so made up for it :)
Jen, how about Ayia Napa? :) It's absolutely boiling there, I've been end of October and it was 35 degrees most days
Nightlife is quiet but still the nice bars are open, just the big clubs that are closed :y:

If you're thinking of the canaries you need to go to Tenerife, Its never cold and the night life in Las americas is spot on. As long as you dont mind the volcanic beaches you'll be fine.

Haha that'll be an extra £1 in my pocket, in fact minus the minimum transfer fee from Spain of €5 i'd probably get -£4.00 but other than that i'll be quids in!
o wait ..
I'll have a word about the discount.(should'nt be a problem as i'm her only son, and she gives in easy)

Same in Spain 47 in the day, and a few times it clocked 43 at night.
Unbearable weather to sleep in.
