I'll try and keep it brief and simple.

-I won a Saxo front bumper on ebay at the start of the month, paid when I got home that night.

-A few days after it should have arrived I sent the seller an email asking when it would be sent, no reply.

-Looked into it a bit more and it says the item hasn't been paid for (even though the money has been taken from by bank account and theres no 'pay now' option on ebay).

-Checked the payment on paypal and it says 'unclaimed'.

what do i do now?

It means the email address its been sent to dosent have a paypal linked to it.

The owner of the email address will get an email telling them to register with paypal, once theyre registered they can claim the money and authorise the transaction. Its then their money and not yours.

Either the seller of the bumper has linked an email for his paypal and written it incorrectly or something?

Contact the seller, you can also get their phone number by going through complaints proceudre and contact seller.
