You dont only need the paint, you will need the thinners aswell and depending on whether you go clear over base or not you will need lacquer and activator
you will have to buy at least 1/2 litre which will give you more than enough to do a bumper average for bumper is 2/10's of a litre
Most large Halfords stores I believe now do paint for spraying though theirs is all water based which I am told can be a pain to dry and doesnt cover aswell as 2K
I presume you have a spray gun, worth mentioning aswell if you go the 2k route you need to have a mask connected to the air line

stuff from halfords is not water based it is cellelouse paint, its alright paint for a diy'er but dont expect the paint match to be any good.

Don't buy paint from halford's its all shite. Best bet is to go to a body shop suppliers and ask for the paint for your paint code most will mix you 3/10's a litre and then the thinners. Unless you go solid colour you will also need a clear coat and a Hardner and thinners. All in all unless your already set up it will be cheaper to get the bumper painted by a body shop.
look for suppliers such as
Brown brothers.
supertune
carlack
sinemaster
All are pretty cheap and sell good quality paints such as sikkens and standox.
