Passenger Seat

I have a problem with passenger seat and im not sure what to do about it.

The problem is it wont slide forward or backwards for some odd reason it is stuck. So any passengers who want to go in the back have to go in through my side.

I have sprayed it all with WD40 but it wont budge.

I tried to look at the release catch thing but all i could see was little orange bottle thingy.

I would not know where to start as for taking the seat out so what are my other options.

Take it to a garage or take it to shitroen?

Have you checked that theres no loose change thats escaped from someones pockets and got lodged in the runners?

ye doesnt seem to be anything i mean should i take the seat off

Yeah you can do if theres nothing you can see wrong with it in its current position, if i remember correctly theres only about 4 bolts to undo, disconnect airbag plug (advisable to remove battery negative lead first- i didnt though and mines fine) and then the seat just comes out

mine gets stuck some times, all that happens is that the back of the seat will tilt and not move so all i do is lift the handle at the front and it will release it.

try and ram it backwards and forwards, i know someones whose was like this, all it was is that there was glass in the runners, and if you ram it backwards and forwards it just crushed the glass

cheers for the advice but ive rammed it harder than ive rammed anything in my life before

cant think of anything else if there is nothing in the runners, try tightening all the bolts around, one may be stopping it, will it tilt forward?

maybe its time for a vtr/vts interior

mine is a bit like that it will move backwards and forward using the bar at the front but when i use the leaver it will only tilt and not move backwards and forwards i think it has something to do with the gold clutch bit underneaith. does my head in all the time.

same, since i got my vtr interior my passenger seat on tilts and doesnt roll without using the bar under the seat, let us know if you fix it and how you done it:)
