much prefer the look of saxos without a spoiler, but on my Mk1 if i take it off im left with 2 gaping holes in my boot lid! and i understand on the mk2 if you take it off there are holes in the rear window?
is the only way to buy a 1.1 boot lid?

either get someone to weld the holes up after you have removed spoiler, or buy a 1.1 boot lid

probably yes but would look shit having 2 black grommets on silver paintwork.

Getting a used 1 in the same colour with no spoiler would be the most cost effective option.
