It will run without mf2, but its not recommended by anyone on here, You say you want it reliable yet you want to skimp on probably the most important part. Gav run with just bigger injectors for months.

That mani is also fine. Good buy for the money.

i didnt want to skimp on it as such just wanted to know if it was somthing i would deffo need.
so would it be ok to runn it without for a few weeks ( 2 months tops ) if i have boost on min
untill i can afford it ? ?

that manifold is for a 16v vts and you say you want to do a vtr turbo so that manifold wont do the job as its different spacing

Try posting in the engine/performance section mate.

It'd run but its not ideal and anything over 5-6psi i wouldnt risk it. Make sure you get the 8v manifold and not the 16v one.

If you want a saxo running about 140 - 150 bhp, why dont you just get a vts and tune that up...

Well if I do get a vts lump I will have to buy all the same stuff as I would for the vtr including mf2 and sig so why not just put it on the 8v and turn the boost up ???? Saves me paying for a vts lump and having the ballache of fitting it ?

because you will be blowing it up every 5 mins if your doing it on the cheap.
