I got my mk2 spoiler today for my mk1. I dont have the holes in the glass and can't find any tiger seal in shops here, would silicone be ok to fix it on??

anything that sets solid would be ok. extra strong no more nail is always a winner!!

what the f**ck gtfo.

What you need is a semi rigid sealent. Like a polyurethane sealer most body shop suppliers will sell it mate at around 5 quid. Silicone wont last 2 mins and will peel off.

Just Google body shop suppliers mate there will be a few close to you.

i doubt silicone is strong enough. theres quite alot of force when you slam down the boot. just buy tiger seal off ebay. the last thing you want is the spoiler falling off, happened to me once :( was so scratched up i had to buy another

Will try some polyurethane then, just wondered if it would work, saves buying something else. I saw yours in your progress thread LSOfreak, don't want that to happen to mine.

I wouldn't bother mate IMO the Saxo looks awesome without a spoiler, much more clean look, I ditched mine couple of months ago, jus wish I had a mk1 rear glass,
